Women often panic at meal plans over 1800 calories, even when healthy. Learn how diet culture created this fear and how to rebuild food confidence.
From magazines to “What I Eat in a Day” videos, women are bombarded with the idea that success = eating less. Seeing 1800 calories written down can trigger fear, not hunger.
When we see numbers, our brain attaches meaning. “Big number = danger.” Yet most women unknowingly consume more than that when untracked — via wine, snacks, and “just a bite.”
Think of calories as currency. They buy your energy, focus, mood, and hormonal balance. Under-spending leaves you bankrupt in all those areas.
Replace “less is better” with “eating to fuel with the right foods.”
Track to learn, not to 'make sure you're doing it right'.
Focus on performance outcomes (energy, mood, strength).
When women consistently eat enough, they feel calmer, stronger, and more in control. And the fatloss just happens as a result.
