Are you ready for a change?

My name is Amelia.  I am a Wife, Mum of two and a Teacher by trade.  I know all too well the time constraints of being a busy woman whose needs often drop to the bottom of the 'to-do' list.  It's a challenge for everyone.

 

But one thing I have discovered over the last few years, is the ability to prioritise my own needs - something many women struggle to do when they become a mother.

This company, Innerfit For Women, came about after talking to many women who just could not find the time to do something for themselves, and I couldn't understand why.  

Why do we always put the desires of others first?

Why do we always overlook our own needs, and put them as a last resort?

Don't get me wrong - being a mum is about sacrifice and being there 100% for your family, but it DOESN'T need to come at complete neglect of your own wellbeing.

And this is what Innerfit for Women is all about.

My goal is to work with as many women as I can to help them find the time, energy and permission from themselves to put their own needs first, even if it is just for 30minutes a day.

After all, we can't pour from any empty cup, can we?

Is health and fitness your priority?

It's my priority, too.

I have always battled with a healthy weight mindset and a poor relationship with food.  Through making my health a priority I have made significant improvements in these areas and want to share this with other women.

 

I love helping others succeed, and through my journey as a Fitness Mentor over the past 12 months I have put myself through rigorous training and food exploration so that I can bring simple but effective programs to you. Studies in Sports Nutrition and Weight Management mean I have knowledge around food that can help you feel amazing without sacrificing ANYTHING!

As your Innerfit Mentor, I work with you to provide comprehensive and personalised programs to help you feel the confidence and support you need in your life. Three things are guaranteed:

1.  You don't have to do rigorous exercise if you don't want to.

2. Food Plans should include the foods you love.

3. I refuse to let you feel starving hungry if weight loss is your goal.
