I'm a vegetarian. Will this suit me?
YES! There are plenty of foods on this challenge that are suitable for vegetarians, or can be swapped out for one of our vegetarian meals!
Will this suit my family?
YES! We are busy mums who know how hard it is to stay on track while cooking for everyone else. All of our meals are able to be batch cooked for busy nights, and are foods to suit the whole family!
I don't like exercising. Do I have to?
Absolutely Not! Nutrition is 80-90% of weight loss anyway.
I am gluten and lactose intolerant. Can I do the challenge?
Yes! All of the foods in the meal plans are interchangeable so that you can use your favourite gluten/lactose free products instead!
